At SONIFI, we celebrate the many ways our team shows up for each other, for our customers, and for our company with our annual Signature Awards.

Anyone in the company can nominate someone for a Signature Award by sharing how they’re making SONIFI great.

Every year, the six award winners are people who embody the qualities we value most, and put their own signature on how they live it out.

 

Meet the winners of the 2025 Signature Awards:

Mark Schnetzer

Senior Manager of Corporate Billing & Accounts Receivable Accounting

Winner of the Challenge & Curiosity Award

for unwavering dedication to learning, problem solving, improving, evolving, exploring new ideas, and always asking what else is possible

 

Excerpt from Mark’s award nomination:

Mark identified an opportunity to modernize and automate a critical process by creating a new solution for calculating distribution lines, royalties, and reporting.

The previous system was on a legacy platform that had been sunset, with many activities entered manually in multiple spreadsheets.

Mark’s new solution consolidates what had previously required several separate files into a single unified solution that’s on a more robust, secure, and scalable platform.

His redesign significantly increases efficiency and accuracy, reduces manual effort, and strengthens SONIFI’s long-term supportability and security.

Randy Ross

Systems Administrator III

Winner of the Collaboration Award

for demonstrating leadership in creating environments that celebrate creative ideas, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and collective success

 

Excerpt from Randy’s award nomination:

Regardless of system, department, or technology, Randy is always ready and willing to help in any way possible. He is the primary administrator for Unix/Linux and has been responsible for almost 200 versions of it.

His responsibilities and expertise go far beyond “knowing an OS.” He has an extremely deep understanding of networking, storage, and security as well, and he readily shares that knowledge with all.

Through the years, Randy has always been someone SONIFI can count on.

Troy Long

Strategic Account Manager

Winner of the Customer Enrichment Award

for enhancing customer interactions and employee experiences, improving satisfaction, and continually exceeding expectations

Troy is a self-starting, turnkey relationship manager with one of SONIFI’s key customers.

No matter what the competitive or technical landscape is, Troy navigates this high-profile relationship with poise, tenancy, attention to detail, strong communications, and—most of all—customer centricity.

Troy has excellent judgment in ensuring the right touches, balancing customer needs with SONIFI’s needs. The goodwill Troy has helped to build with this customer is invaluable to SONIFI and our business.

Kristi Van Regenmorter

Senior Director of Content Operations

Winner of the Financial Star Award

for exceptional work and consistently reliable insights that positively impact SONIFI’s stewardship, business results, and financial performance

 

Excerpt from Kristi’s award nomination:

Kristi led tests throughout 2025 to push improved revenue strategies. She was not satisfied with the status quo and remained cognizant of both our bottom line and the end goal throughout the process.

Kristi acted as a strong financial steward for SONIFI while testing this historically declining revenue source.

Kristi and the content team’s efforts help lead to an increase in year-over-year revenue, with optimized pricing strategies that can have a major impact on SONIFI’s financial health going forward.

Christine Fitchner

Lead Senior Corporate Accountant

for actions and demeanor that inspire others with enthusiasm, motivation, and drive to build toward the success of others and SONIFI
