Ahmad Ouri
Chief Executive Officer
Ahmad Ouri is Chief Executive Officer for SONIFI Solutions, Inc., leading a culture of innovation and growth for the company’s hospitality, healthcare, and commercial verticals.
Since taking the role in 2015, Ahmad has positioned SONIFI as a technology partner of choice for thousands of customers worldwide, and an industry leader in providing integrated, scalable solutions and unparalleled professional services.
Prior to joining SONIFI, Ahmad held executive roles for Technicolor—including CEO of the out-of-home advertising business, CMO, and CTO—as well as business leadership roles at global conglomerate Philips Electronics.
Paul Johnson
Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer Paul Johnson leads SONIFI’s operations teams, including implementations, field service, sustaining engineering, technical assistance center, and network operating center (NOC).
Johnson has been with SONIFI for more than 30 years, helping the company grow its managed Wi-Fi business and telephony solutions for hospitality, evolve its engineering and product management strategies, strengthen its strategic partnerships, and launch its unified managed services platform.
Drew Hauflaire
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Drew Hauflaire oversees all aspects of finance, accounting, revenue management, and budgeting for SONIFI Solutions, Inc., as well as the company’s financial strategies to strengthen its continued growth and success.
Drew previously led SONIFI’s finance and enterprise analytics. He also held corporate finance roles with Caesars Entertainment and SBEs before joining SONIFI in 2014.
Todd McHenry
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Todd McHenry has led SONIFI’s legal department as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since 2016.
Todd previously held legal leadership roles at DTZ Global, DaVita, Raley’s, and the Walt Disney Company in Japan and U.S. Earlier in his career, he practiced with the global law firm White & Case and was an adjunct professor of law in Japan.
Michelle Allen
Healthcare General Manager
Michelle Allen is General Manager of SONIFI Health, overseeing operations of the healthcare division of SONIFI Solutions, Inc. She leads the growth and strategy of SONIFI Health’s patient engagement technology and services for healthcare systems to improve clinical outcomes, patient experience, and organizational goals.
Michelle has three decades of experience leading the strategy and execution of healthcare technologies for companies like Rauland, Premier, Inc., Hospira, GE HealthCare, and Abbott Laboratories, as well as degrees in engineering management and biomedical engineering.
Kara Heermans
SVP Product Management & User Experience
Kara Heermans leads SONIFI’s product strategy for existing and future products, overseeing the design, development, and user experience of SONIFI’s technology suite, driving innovation across its features, capabilities, and value to the market.
Kara joined SONIFI in 2005, serving as Multimedia Manager and Director of Interactive Design before her current role as Senior Vice President of Product Management and User Experience.
Shad Lowin
SVP Accounting
As Senior Vice President of Accounting, Shad Lowin oversees SONIFI’s accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
Shad is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 30 years of experience. Shad has a strong background in financial reporting, auditing, controllership, systems implementations, and process improvement, previously holding leadership roles with public accounting and Fortune 500 companies.
Meghan Seus
SVP Healthcare Product Management
As Senior Vice President of Healthcare Product Management, Meghan Seus works closely with healthcare professionals to identify and develop feature sets for SONIFI Health’s technologies to enhance the end user experience and improve outcomes.
Before joining SONIFI Health in 2018, Meghan worked in product and marketing roles with portfolios that included high-technology prosthetic devices, neurorehabilitation technologies, and implanted neurostimulators.
